วิธีการจองทัวร์
- ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อทำการจองทัวร์ ทางไลน์ ID : @travelmate
- เจ้าหน้าที่จะทำ Invoice แจ้งเก็บยอดเงินมัดจำ (แต่ละโปรแกรมไม่เท่ากัน) ,ส่วนที่เหลือ หรือยอดเต็มจำนวน (ตามเงื่อนไขท้ายโปรแกรมที่จอง)
- ส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงินมัดจำ พร้อมหน้า Passport ของผู้เดินทาง (ซึ่ง Passport ต้องมีอายุเหลือมากกว่า 6 เดือน)
- เจ้าหน้าที่จะส่งใบเสร็จให้ท่าน เมื่อได้รับสลิบหลักฐานการโอนเงินแล้ว
- ก่อนออกเดินทาง 5-7 วัน ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จะจัดส่งใบนัดหมายการเดินทางให้กับลูกค้า เพื่อแจ้งถึงชื่อไกด์ / เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งกรุ๊ป / เวลา และสถานที่ที่นัดพบ รวมถึงรายละเอียดข้อมูลที่สำคัญสำหรับเตรียมตัวในการเดินทาง

การโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร
- ทำรายการผ่านเคาน์เตอร์ของธนาคาร โดยผ่านการการเขียนใบนำฝากที่ธนาคาร นั้น ๆ
- ทำรายการผ่านบริการตู้ ATM ของธนาคารนั้น ๆ (ตู้ของธนาคารที่ท่านถือบัตร) โดยเลือกโอนเงินบุคคลที่สามแล้วระบุเลขที่บัญชีให้ถูกต้อง
- ทำรายการผ่านบริการตู้รับฝากเงินอัตโนมัติ ของธนาคารนั้น ๆ โดยระบุเลขที่บัญชีให้ถูกต้อง
- ทำรายการผ่านบริการอินเตอร์เน็ตแบงค์กิ้งของธนาคารนั้น ๆ โดยเพิ่มบัญชีบุคคลที่สาม
